About Us
What we do
Our primary goals are to create a secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment that offers exceptional accommodation and care for children and young people. We strive to deliver outstanding services that yield positive outcomes for all individuals under our care.
Our homes offer a welcoming environment designed to resemble a typical family home, with a dedicated staff extensively trained in implementing restorative practices and PACE.
We embrace a family home atmosphere and incorporate all the comforting elements typically found in a family residence. We offer spacious, single-occupancy bedrooms that can be personalised to cater to individual needs, and children and young people are supported and encouraged to make their rooms their own.
We prioritise the safety and well-being of the children and young people in our care, ensuring they have a positive and enjoyable experience. To achieve this, we establish boundaries around socially acceptable behaviour, creating an environment where they can thrive.

The difference we can all make
Our team actively encourages children to explore and try various hobbies and activities, which are reflected in their personalised placement plan. We also support young people in making positive contributions within the local community whenever possible, encouraging them to participate in cultural activities that promote awareness and tolerance.
Within the home, we create an environment where each child is encouraged and supported to share their talents and interests, fostering a sense of “family” and belonging.

The people who are with us
We are committed to providing staff with the skills they require, through an extensive programme of in-house and external training. Staff training needs are identified through the on- going process of statutory obligations and the internal process of supervision, team meetings and appraisals. The admission of a young person with specific care needs might highlight the necessity for additional training as required. All of these needs will be met via the construction and implementation of a comprehensive training package.
We also have a commitment to diploma training and induction standards. In addition to a formal induction to the home, support staff are given a personal development plan, which sets out training needs and opportunities.
